Market Fish creamed hominy, fresno pepper, radish & cucumber salad

NY Strip sea island red pea, purple pepper puree, brown butter

Seasonal Mixed Greens local greens, root vegetables, shaved manchego, lemon juice, olive oil. Add Chicken or Shrimp.
